What is Telemedicine?

Telemedicine is the use of audio and video technology to provide care to patients at a distance.  We call these TELEMED Visits.

What  are the benefits  of using Telemedicine?

Is it safe? 

Yes! All data is encrypted, your sessions are anonymous and no data is stored. 

Do I have to sign up for an account?

No, as a patient you do no have to create an account in order to see your provider. You will simply use the URL we will send you and automatically be checked into our waiting room. It is very simple to use. 

Is Telemedicine covered by my insurance?

Most insurance policies cover Telemedicine. Check with your insurance carrier to see if your specific policy covers this service. 

What do I need to have a TELEMED Visit? 

You must have a Smartphone (Apple IOS or Android), Tablet or Computer/Laptop with camera and microphone capabilities as well as internet access. 

How do I schedule a TELEMED Visit?

Simply give us a call and we will schedule your TELEMED Visit. Once scheduled we will send you a link for the virtual waiting room. Make sure to check in before your appointment time.
